Whats On The Plate For Footballers?

Many people want to know what football players eat to stay fit and healthy. All the fancy and posh tableware they have in their kitchen never actually comes in use or do they, I am sure from the money they earn they can afford to have a butler to do their cooking? They do earn a lot of money. Having saying that there are few footballers who can cook for themselves and love doing so but what do the others do who cannot cook?

Every single football player has to eat healthy food to stay fit. Their body needs refuelling after a heavy workout in the field. All body parts wll need refuelling after a heavy workout in training or gym. They need combination of minerals, vitamins, fat and proteins to heal micro tears from exercise.

Most footballers like to drink protein shakes and eat seafood, because it contains protein after any sort of exercise. Seafood such as salmon provides protein to the body which repairs ligaments, bones and tendons. It also rebuilds muscles after a run. White meat is normally recommended to eat than red meat as it provides more protein to the body.

Nutritionists also advise football players to eat some carbohydrates as just protein is not good for the body. Body requires carbohydrates and some fat. Not too much though some roasted peanuts during the afternoon will do you good.

Footballers can afford to eat out everyday to be honest so they don’t have to do the cooking themselves. Most of them have it all planned what to eat during morning, afternoon and evening. Footballers like Zinedine Zidane, Robbie Fowler and David Beckham love cooking for themselves. These three have massive kitchen in their home and all sorts of kitchen accessories needed for cooking.

Football players are not allowed to drink too much beer so they probably don’t have beer glasses at their homes.

Coke Cola Pepsi May Boost Blood Pressure In Ladies

Girls who drink lots of coffee can relax. However those that take a lot of pepsi could have a problem: hypertension.

High Blood Pressure is not good. It is linked to heart disease and cva. There’s been a whole lot of fear that everyday coffee drinkers may be at elevated danger of high blood pressure. But that is not the case.

Studies showed that Women who drank just one caffeinated coke drink each day had a slightly higher danger of excessive blood pressure. And that threat went up as ladies drank more daily colas, says researcher Wolfgang C. Winkelmayer, MD, ScD, of Brigham and Women Hospital and Harvard College in Boston.

“We did find an association between intake of coke beverages, no matter whether regular or diet, and elevated danger of hypertension,” Winkelmayer tells WebMD. “No earlier research recommended such an association. However the finding was consistent, both for younger and older ladies. We were very astonished.”

Colas in the study included Coke, Pepsi, and different dark-colored sodas.
Winkelmayer and colleagues report their findings in the Nov. 9 release of The Journal of the American Medical Association. The research reveals a strong link between high blood pressure and caffeinated coke drinking. But it does not show coke drinks cause high blood pressure.

Even so, pepsi consuming remained a risk factor even when the researchers compared solely women matched for age, weight, alcohol use, previous trouble with high blood pressure, use of contraception tablets, physical activity, smoking, and use of different classes of drinks.

There are substances in cola drinks — corn syrup in sugared colas and caramel coloring in each sugared and diet colas — which may cause high blood pressure. That is far from proven, Winkelmayer hastens to point out.

“Obviously, at this point, we need to be very cautious and require further research to verify this result he says. “If coke consuming is, in fact, a reason for high blood pressure, it will be important to establish the organic mechanism that makes this happen. We need to perceive what it’s that generates this link. This agent must be discovered.”

Even so, the association between coke and high blood pressure worries Richard Milani, MD, head of preventive cardiology at the Ochsner Center Foundation in New Orleans.

The surprising and quite alarming conclusion of this survey is this very strong and mounting threat of hypertension as girls drink increasingly more pepsi. That may be very, concerning, because of even larger amount of pepsi consumption in U.S. children. Find out more about Diabetes Symptoms Treatment and EECP Therapy by visiting these hyperlinks.
